- We do not store any text or document sent to our API servers (our API servers don’t have any Database).
- We do not store any metadata your requests.
- We do not store any logs for more than 24 hours.
- We do not store any IP addresses.
- We do not store any browser information.
Information Collected
- We store a cookie in a session for your visit (strictly for functionality).
- We store your email address (strictly for functionality). This email address is stored securely in our Firestore database.
- We store your subscriptions data (plan chosen, remaining API calls credit).
- We store your API keys to allow you to use our service.
- Any additional information you voluntarily provide us, such as comments or questions in a Help request.
Information Shared
We do not share your information with any third-party whatsoever. If you choose to subscribe to a paying plan, you’ll provide your payment informations to Stripe but we won’t have access to it.
Information Removal
If at any time if you wish to remove information that you have provided us with, then you can delete your account in your account dashboard by clicking “Delete Account”.
